The NorcalMLK Foundation's Black & Brown Comix Arts Festival (BCAF) and the Chicago History Museum launched a new program for Black History Month entitled: Comic Arts Against Erasure on February 25th & 26th.
The program featured a weekend of in-person and virtual programming reflecting on African American history and real-life heroes in Chicago through the arts. Activities included Live Action Role-Play (LARP) tours, musical performances from Afropunk band JD's Revenge, comic creation workshops, interactive performances, vendor shops, and much more.
